Snow fell in west Finland on October 20, the Finnish Meteorological Institute reported. This footage was published by Instagram user @sisuthecardigan, and shows Sisu the corgi enjoying the fresh snow in the city of Oulu. The Finnish Meteorological Institute reported 5 cm (about 2 inches) of snowfall in the area on Wednesday. The first snow of the season for Oulu fell on September 14, according to reports.
