Police shared video to Facebook on October 19 showing a dangerously intoxicated truck driver veering off a highway in Catalonia, Spain, before officers stopped him and found him well over the legal alcohol limit. Footage shows the truck driving “recklessly” on the N-340 in Baix Ebre, a coastal community, police said. Other drivers had called police to report the dangerous driving. Police said the driver had a blood alcohol content (BAC) of more than six times over the legal limit. The legal limit in Spain is 0.5 BAC, according to the European Transport Safety Council.
