The rules banning Greater Sydney residents from travelling to rural areas of the state were eased on Monday. The reopening of regional travel is only available to those who are fully vaccinated. Motorists are being warned to expect delays and increased traffic. Authorities are asking drivers to be patient and slow down after nine people lost their lives on New South Wales roads this week.
