Supplied video obtained Friday November 30, 2018 of Senior Counsel Assisting Mr Michael Hodge QC at the Royal Commission into Misconduct in the Banking, Superannuation and Financial Services Industry questioning Mr Wayne Byres, APRA chairman. Hodge then Byres' statement back to him, in which he says the issue was the extent and breadth of the issue of fees for no service was deeper and broader than originally anticipated, asking him when this became apparent and quizzes him on why this was attributed to poor IT infrastructure rather than an industry wide problem. "I wrote those words ... and with a view that at the heart of most of these issues is a problem that infrastructure has not kept up with the nature of products and the changing legislative and regulatory landscape,” he says.(AAP Video/Supplied/Royal Commission) NO ARCHIVING, EDITORIAL USE ONLY
