Authorities in Egypt say 40 suspected militants have been killed a day after a deadly bomb attack targeting tourists. The alleged terrorists were shot by security forces in three separate gun battles in North Sinai and Giza but the interior ministry didn't say whether the militants were connected with Friday's bombing. Officials have released pictures of some of the militants lying dead on the ground with firearms nearby. The ministry says the three raids took place simultaneously but didn't give any details about the suspect's identities.
