US President Donald Trump says he has ordered the state department to block the return of an American ISIS bride. President Trump tweeted saying he had instructed Secretary of State Mike Pompeo ' not to allow Hoda Muthana back into the country' . Ms Muthana, who has an 18-month-old son, has said she deeply regrets joining IS.
