Class action being prepared for stonemasons with lung diseases

A class action is being prepared on behalf of stonemasons diagnosed with potentially deadly lung diseases. Law firm Slater and Gordon claims some companies that make artificial stone have failed to warn workers about serious risks. In Victoria and Queensland 135 workers have been diagnosed with silicosis and doctors are concerned the numbers could rise.
