In the wake of the release of the Mueller report, Sky News host Chris Kenny says it’s time for the ‘Trump obsessives’ to stop trying to have the US President impeached. It comes as Special Counsel Robert Mueller made a rare public statement to confirm his report into Russian interference in the 2016 US presidential campaign did not exonerate the President, despite what President Trump claimed. While Mr Kenny admits certain aspects of the report were ‘a worry’, he notes the claims of obstruction of justice relate to ‘alleged misconduct that didn’t happen’. Mr Kenny suggests the Democrats find a candidate and policies to defeat President Trump ‘through than old-fashioned method of democracy’.
