Swedish prosecutors say they won't appeal a court ruling rejecting a request to detain Wikileaks founder Julian Assange while he's being investigated on rape charges. Assange is serving a year long sentence in a British jail for skipping bail, after spending seven years in the Ecuadorean embassy. In a statement, Sweden's Deputy Director of Public Prosecution says work is now focused on assessing the evidence in the investigation. Assange is also facing the prospect of being extradited to the US, with a hearing to take place in February 2020.
