Political Editor Phil Coorey says Australia's energy policy will continue to roll along as "the big mess it is". Mr Coorey said understanding the government's plan to provide market certainty was "bordering on the impenetrable". Energy Minister Angus Taylor will meet with his state counterparts in Perth for the Council Of Australian Governments Energy Council. "COAG is where things go to die," he said. "The minister is trying to cut deals with each of the states - we'll have deals with some and not others."
