Sky News host Andrew Bolt says the far left has turned “the race that stops the nation” into “the race that shames the nation”. Mr Bolt said “the destroy Australia movement is at it again” with its attempts to “knock off the Melbourne Cup”. The Bolt Report host ridiculed the ABC for publishing an article titled ‘Will the Melbourne Cup be hampered by horse racing's welfare shame?
