As many as seven people are dead - including a gunman - after a shooting at an office headquarters in the US state of Wisconsin. Multiple fatalities were confirmed at the brewing company Molson Coors in the city of Milwaukee. Employees were reportedly warned via email of an active shooter on the premises.
