A plume of volcanic fog created by the eruption of Kilauea Volcano in Hawaii was visible from the International Space Station on the afternoon of December 21. This footage, taken from a livefeed broadcast by NASA on Monday, was recorded and edited by ISS Above, which monitors the feed. According to ISS Above, the video was recorded as the International Space Station passed over the Hawaiian Islands around 2.28 pm local time.
