Quarantined residents in the city of Shijiazhuang, China cheered each other on from their balconies on Thursday, January 14, after authorities tightened coronavirus restrictions in the region. This video uploaded to Weibo, shows residents of high rise apartments screaming “Come on Shijiazhuang”, while others flash lights and lasers across the buildings.
