A Coast Guard helicopter team rescued an ailing crew member on a fishing boat off Alaska on February 21, airlifting them to safety. According to the Coast Guard, the medevac took place on Sunday evening, after a 45-year-old member of the crew suffered a “crush injury” to their arm. This footage, taken from the Coast Guard MH-60 Jayhawk that conducted the rescue, captures the aircraft approaching the ship in darkness, then the crew member being lifted to safety.
