Burst pipes flooded an apartment in Dallas, Texas, on February 17, amid subfreezing temperatures and power outages. Footage captured by Twitter user @streetballerina shows water pouring from the ceiling, causing severe flooding to the home. “I can’t believe this s***, dawg,” @streetballerina says in the video, crying. “We’re in freezing f***ing temperature, we ain’t got no f***ing water, there’s no heat, there’s nothing.” As of the evening of Wednesday, February 17, Oncor Electric Delivery had reported 371,344 customers remained without power, with the National Weather Service reporting subfreezing temperatures and icy conditions.
