Ocean water flooded the streets of Hampton Beach, New Hampshire, on February 2, following a winter storm the day before. Local reports said parts of the town and shoreline flooded twice on Tuesday, during high tide, and had previously flooded several times in the past months. On Monday, the National Weather Service reported a winter storm brought over 13 inches of snow to the Hampton area.
