Lake-effect snow showers had coated New York’s Niagara Falls State Park in white on February 11. Footage released by the New York State Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation shows a breathtaking view of the waterfall’s wintry landscape. The National Weather Service Buffalo reported up to half an inch of snowfall in Niagara County on Thursday afternoon and forecast an additional inch or two of localized accumulation.
