U.S. President Joe Biden has delivered a message of hope and optimism ahead of the country's Memorial Day weekend. Speaking in Northern Virginia he touted America's progress in the fight against COVID-19 as vaccination rates increase. More than 50 per cent of American adults are fully protected against coronavirus and President Biden has just over a month to fulfil a plan to vaccinate 70 per cent of the population.
