NASA is set to launch it's newest earth-observing satellite into space this morning Australian Eastern Standard Time. The Landsat 9 satellite is expected to launch from Vandenberg Space Force Base in California. The new satellite will work with previously existing satellites to collect images from across the globe every eight days as it orbits 705 kilometres above the Earth.
