The White House is warning Russia and Ukraine are on the brink of war and that "no option is off the table" to respond to potential aggression from Russia. Mr Blinken spoke to his counterpart on the phone – advocating for a "diplomatic path" to peace. The White House says the Ukraine crisis has reached an extremely dangerous level.
