Japan's Prime Minister is considering reopening the country's borders to foreign workers and students. A plan has been unveiled after Prime Minister Fumio Kishida visited Tokyo's international airport – where he observed quarantine areas and a worksite vaccination rollout for airline workers. The current border measures are scheduled to remain in place until the end of February.
