Two British soldiers captured by Russian forces in Ukraine have appeared on Russian state television, where they asked to be exchanged for Putin ally and pro-Russian politician Viktor Medvedchuk. Viktor Medvedchuk is a pro-Russian Ukrainian politician who was recently captured by Ukraine after he had escaped having been under house arrest.
