Former US president Donald Trump is “certainly considering” running for president again, according to Cypress College's Professor Peter Matthews. Mr Matthews said Mr Trump’s support base tends to be just “under half” of the overall voter population. “We have to see if this will galvanise him enough to put him into contention for the presidency,” he told Sky News Australia.
