President Volodymyr Zelensky has warned Ukraine of more energy shortfalls as Russia continues its strikes on energy infrastructure. The country's energy supply has been cut by a third as cities around Kyiv deal with rotating blackouts every few hours. Kyiv is experiencing rolling blackouts, with Mayor Vitali Klitschko warning residents to brace for more in the coming days. “Let’s be honest, our enemies are doing everything to ensure that the city is without heat, electricity, water supply and, in general, that we all die,” Mr Klitschko said.
