Police in the UK are searching for a driver who ploughed through pedestrians in Manchester car park. At least five people were injured and four taken to hospital with non-life threatening injuries. A police spokesperson says the incident is not being treated as terror-related at this stage and are seeking public assistance to locate the driver of a blue BMW.
