The man who pleaded guilty to the 2008 murders of Karlie Pearce-Stevenson and daughter Khandalyce had a ‘horrific’ history of violent behavior, a News Corporation True Crime investigation has revealed. Daniel James Holdom murdered Ms Pearce-Stevenson in the NSW Belanglo State Forest, before going on to kill her two-year-old daughter and leaving her remains in a suitcase that was eventually found on the side of a South Australian road. National Editor of True Crime Australia Charles Miranda told Sky News that Holdom had a lengthy and horrific history of violence against women and children, which had only been revealed after he pleaded guilty.
