North Korea has reportedly warned the United States that denuclearisation talks between the two nations could still fall apart. It's understood the rogue state has sent the US a letter containing a request for greater efforts in moving towards a peace treaty. A South Korea Presidential Spokesman concedes talks between Washington and Pyongyang are at a stalemate.
