People largely happy with indigenous processes: Scullion

August 4, 2018. Federal Indigenous Affairs minister Nigel Scullion speaking with AAP at the Garma Festival in the Northern Territory about calls for a constitutionally enshrined indigenous body in parliament. Scullion says more work is still needed to clarify the role of any such body in parliament and although discussions at the Festival have been about big issues, people are generally happy with the current processes dealing with the issues.
