There are concerns thousands may have been killed by an earthquake and tsunami in Indonesia as the death toll from the disaster rises to 832. Indonesia’s President Joko Widodo inspected the Island of Sulawesi yesterday, warning a rescue operation will face ‘many challenges.’ Rescue crews will today continue to search through the rubble to find survivors and reach communities devastated by the tragedy. A mass burial of 300 victims will also take place in an attempt to prevent the spread of disease.
