Sky News political editor David Speers sits down with The Australian’s Greg Sheridan to discuss the political conflict surrounding Australia’s embassy in Israel. Mr Sheridan says moving the embassy from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem, the country’s capital, is ‘perfectly sensible’ and will not risk the free trade deal negotiated between Indonesia and Australia. Indonesia's Trade Minister Enggartiasto Lukita previously said there would be no free trade deal while Australia considered moving the embassy. Despite this, Mr Sheridan says Indonesia will not back out of the deal because it is ‘better for them than it is for us’.
