Rachel Browne is giving evidence about her son Finlay, who died in 2016 at the age of 16. He had Down syndrome. "The doctor..said that he felt there was something wrong with Finlay and I had commented that I knew, I'd felt that he had Down syndrome, he said to me that it was o.k. because I was young and I could have more children," Ms Browne says.
