Heavy snow fell across St. Cloud, Minnesota, on Monday, February 17, ahead of a cold front that was forecasted to sweep through the area later in the week. According to the National Weather Service, heavy bands of snow were falling from the metro Minneapolis area to St. Cloud, with visibility reduced to less than a quarter-mile.
