There are fears the MS Caledonian Sky cruise ship will set a bad precedent if it is allowed to dock in Darwin. The Federal Court is expected to hand down a decision on Wednesday regarding the tour company’s court case challenging the order given Health Minister Greg Hunt last month for all foreign flagged ships to leave Australian waters. The ship has been docked off Darwin for several weeks with no passengers and 68 crew members on board after it was granted entry to Australian waters on March 18. Image: AP
