Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and political rival Benny Gantz have agreed to form a national emergency government, ending a year-long political stouch which saw three inconclusive elections. The pair have negotiated a deal to serve as prime minister on a rotational basis in 18 month stints.
