A 70-year-old woman has died in Victoria, bringing Australia's COVID-19 death toll to 22. The woman died in a Melbourne hospital on Wednesday, taking the states total fatalities to five. The number of confirmed cases in the state climbed past 1,000 after 68 Victorians test positive on Wednesday.
