A customer at a Texas eye glass store attacked an employee after he was told to wear a mask inside and refused, surveillance video of the June 6 incident shows. On June 12, Cedar Hill Police Department released footage taken inside the the store. Though they did not identify the business, the interior clearly matches that of a My Eyelab location in Cedar Hill. The assailant entered the store around 9.52 am, at which point he was immediately told to wait outside, where he would be helped, because he is not wearing a mask. “The suspect refused and used profane language towards employees,” said the Cedar Hill Police Department in a Facebook post. The man then forcefully shoves an employee, sending her flying back onto the floor. Police have asked for information in identifying the suspect. Cedar Hill is located roughly 15 miles from downtown Dallas. Dallas County reported a record 328 new coronavirus cases on June 12, along with three deaths.
