Strong Winds, Snow Trigger Blizzard Warning in Nebraska

A blizzard warning was issued for parts of northeast Nebraska as snow fell and wind gusts were forecast to reach as high as 60 mph on Wednesday, December 23, according to the National Weather Service (NWS). Parts of South Dakota, Iowa, and Minnesota were also under the blizzard warning.
