CommSec’s Tom Piotrowski says the Bank of England believes rates do not have to rise as much as interest rate markets predict – which has partly turned around "the recessionary story". “What the Bank of England’s monetary policy committee also said … they believe that interest rate markets have got it a little bit wrong in terms of the peak for interest rates,” Mr Piotrowski told Sky News Australia. “They think that rates won’t have to rise to that extent.” Presented by CommSec.
