Two netball spectators have been hit by a reversing car in Sydney's south. A woman in her 60s was trapped between the car and a fence until she was rescued by a group of spectators at Miranda in the Sutherland Shire. She is currently in a serious condition in St George hospital. A man, also in his 60s, suffered head injuries after he was struck to the ground by the same vehicle. Police believe the incident occurred when the driver of the car pushed the accelerator instead of the brake.
