Rod Rosenstein, one of the architects of the Russia probe, has announced his resignation after nearly two years as US Deputy Attorney General. Speaking with Sky News host Chris Kenny, the New York Post’s Michael Goodwin says questions remain about the tenure of the ‘controversial character’ who appointed Robert Mueller as special counsel in the Russia investigation.
