The streets of Kendall, Florida, were swamped on August 15 due to heavy rainfall throughout Miami-Dade County. At least 7.7 inches of rain hit the Kendall area, warranting a flash flood warning for the region, along with other parts of the southern Miami-Dade area. Richmond West, Richmond Heights and Country Walk were under water, according to the National Weather Service in Miami. This footage shows inundated streets throughout Kendall.
