The North Korean leader has written to the US President to say he'll stop testing missiles, when America's joint military exercises with South Korea come to an end. Two projectiles were fired into the East Sea, near the city of Hamhung. In a post to Twitter the President said, ‘In a letter to me sent by Kim Jong Un, he stated, very nicely, that he would like to meet and start negotiations as soon as the joint U.S./South Korea joint exercise are over’.
