House prices across the country are on fast-track to recovery after the national property market had its busiest week since March 2018. More than 3,000 properties went under the hammer across capital cities last week. House prices have risen at their fastest pace in 30 years, according to November sales figures published in The Australian. Dwellings rose 2.7 per cent in Sydney, followed by Melbourne, Brisbane and the Gold Coast.
