US Studies Centre's James Brown says the message that America has been delivering to NATO about its “allies needing to lift their game on defence spending” has been heard. “The message is getting through but the bad news is they’ve still got a lot of problems internally to deal with…such as how they are going to deal with Turkey at this summit," Mr Brown told Sky News on Monday.
