New South Wales has recorded no new deaths in the past 24 hours as the number of new cases shows signs of stabilising. The state confirmed 48 new cases, compared with 49 the day before. Premier Gladys Berejiklian said her government was receiving constant updates from health authorities on whether restrictions could be eased. She said restrictions would be re-assessed on a monthly basis.
