The Reserve Bank of Australia is set to keep rates on hold at the record low of 0.25 per cent. RBA Governor Phillip Lowe is expected to outline the state of the economy and its future outlook when he announces the cash rate today. The RBA will make its interest rate announcement at 2:30pm AEST, Tuesday.
