August 3, 2018. Lawyer Kristian Bolwell speaks alongside Ms Viola Morris, the mother of a 15-year-old girl who suffered an electric shock near a construction site for Sydney's CBD light rail project. Mr Bolwell says the "entire experience is a preventable disgrace". "There's been a near-death experience of my client... and significant trauma for her mother who listened to her daughter scream in agony," Mr Bolwell said.
