A worker has died and another is in a critical condition after scaffolding collapsed at a worksite in Sydney’s north-west. Emergency crews arrived to a chaotic and distressing scene shortly after midday on Monday following reports two men were trapped under fallen scaffolding at the Macquarie Park site. Police have established a crime scene as they try to establish how the fatal incident happened.
