Sky News host Peta Credlin says the Coalition is in debt to the ‘quiet Australians’ who came out in force and rejected Labor's ‘radical agenda’ at the ballot box on Saturday. With votes still being counted, the Coalition has won at least 78 seats, giving it a clear majority in the lower house. This is despite Labor leading the Coalition in a slew of polls in the run up to the March 18 election. Ms Credlin says the quiet Australians ‘rejected Bill Shorten's sense of entitlement’ and instead voted for ‘budget surpluses, for paying down debt, for dams, for new roads, you voted for apprenticeships, you voted for small business.’
